Renmark Homes is a true family-owned business with builder Sam Bernardo, senior site supervisor Mark Bernardo and color consultant and office manager Danni Sernio all siblings who grew up watching their father, Renato – a builder in his own right.
During the past two decades, Sam has shifted Renmark Home’s focus from small developments to building designer custom homes with projects typically in the $420,000 to $1.2 million price range.
