Granieri Constructions Pty Ltd is based in Sunshine, Melbourne and has been constructing apartments, houses and factories in Melbourne for over 25 years.We are a member of the Master Builder's Association (member 7666) and as a Registered Building Practitioner has been professionally constructing projects with the dedication your building deserves.Our Commercial Builder's license allows us to build multi-storey commercial premises & offer the best in office fit-out services available.

We are also an eco-friendly builder and can build homes and factories with the highest energy ratings, saving you money and looking after the environment. We can advise on government subsidies available for energy saving equipment for your house, office or factory.We have also been the recipient of a number of Master Builder's Association Awards which you can read about on our Awards page.

At Granieri Constructions we have been proud to be the recipient of a number of Australian Achiever Awards for excellence in customer service from the Master Builders of Australia association.We were also one of the first to pioneer the 'warehouse conversion' when we took a dilapidated warehouse in Roslyn Street, West Melbourne and converted it into an award winning apartment complex.
