Our experienced team and our established relationships with industry specialists provide the organization with a wealth of experience and knowledge, enabling us to confidently undertake a variety of projects.
Our group has undertaken projects ranging from land subdivision to factory / warehouse developments as well as commercial buildings such as office and showroom developments. In addition we have undertaken many special purpose projects including childcare centres, medical centres, aged care, retail and office construction and fitouts.
The Construction arm of the group, Teren Building Services, offers a design and construct service and is in a position to work closely with clients to achieve the desired goal, be that value adding to an existing building or a complete design and construction of a new purpose built facility.
In addition, the Project Management division, offers project management services to clients who undertake property ventures and who may lack the time or expertise to manage the complexities of a property or construction venture. With years of experience in both construction and property development we are in a position to add value to any project.
