Whilst some builders try to exploit their trades and suppliers by reducing their payment rates, we negotiate by having a great repour with our team. This is reflected all the way through our build, from dealing with our designers and colour team, to the painter on site who will always say g'day and be obliging to help you on site. Keeping relationships heathy, goes a long way to creating a quality home and a positive experience. Transparency Do you know exactly what you're signing up for when you put pen to paper? You should have all the information required to know what exactly it is you are getting for your money. This is your biggest investment after all.
