Blanketed with tropical rainforest, South Sudan is a country of natural wonders, showcasing diverse landscapes and iconic wildlife. Boma National Park is home to the likes of elephants, giraffes and lions, but also sees the largest migration of mammals on earth. The national parks of Bandingilo, Southern Park, Nimule, Radom and Shambe also offer up-close-and-personal wildlife encounters. Adventurous treks continue to be found along the Imatong Mountains, but you’ll need a 4x4 to navigate along the dirt roads. Hotels are available in the capital city of Juba and most include breakfast.
