Streaky Bay is a peaceful, clean, picturesque location. Has great tourist areas to visit. We loved our stay and would have been happy to stay longer if our time permitted. Easy to get around. We ate at Drift Cafe which is overlooking the bay & jetty. Food great and staff very friendly.

We were just staying overnight as part of a long journey- so a comfortable bed and a clean room were all we were seeking. To also have friendly helpful staff a good hotel bistro meal and a convenient early breakfast arrangement was a bonus. The location right in Streaky Bay is also good , but we weren’t holidaying

Nice and quiet little town. Plenty of beaches that can suit every activities: surfing, swimming, fishing. Love the secure pool that allows people to jump and dive. I regret most of the shops were closed between Chritmas and New Year Eve.

Good shopping, and a great tourist info centre. I explained to the tourist info woman I was there for 2 full days and she promptly provided all the information I needed to fill my 2 days with great sigh seeing based on my interests. I saw heaps of lovely places and filled my two days.

Plenty of daytrips available. Variety in cafes and restaurants available. Easy to get around the town. Swimming spots available for all levels of ability. Many spots for fishing. Can do as much or as little as you please.
