We’ve all heard the phrase that building a house is stressful time. We also know it, because we’ve been there – many times. The stress of finding the right builder, the right plan, and the right block. Dragging the kids all over the countryside looking at display homes. Spending weekend after weekend inside these houses that are only a sample of what can actually be built. Having to battle with the other like-minded people just to get 10 minutes with the Consultant. Taking handfuls, no wait, car-boot-fuls, of brochures home for study, only to have them tossed in the bin. There had to be a more efficient way to do this – there wasn’t – and so the idea was born.
Narrow The Search
What was really needed, was a way that prospective home owners could Narrow The Search of what plans they liked, what plans would fit on their block, what plans suited their lifestyle, what builders to see, and where to go to see them. This became our company mantra - "Narrow The Search".
Everything we do, has to answer one question; "Does it help Narrow The Search?" If it does, then we'll do it!
